Since 2018, HiFi Kitchen tests the boundaries of classic Filipino Angeleno dishes while strengthening FilAm representation in Historic Filipinotown of Los Angeles, CA
We set out to offer the comfort of home cooked meals we were raised on while drawing inspiration from the local flavors of Los Angeles.
Our menu is the product of years of taste testing and remixing, spanning a variety of dietary lifestyles with vegan & gluten free options.

Filipino - Angeleno is a term to describe LAβs multicultural landscape and the influence it has on the traditional Filipino cuisine.
Founder Justin Foronda, born and raised in Historic Filipinotown, honors his roots through his passion for food, culture and music. From his eclectic background as a bboy, registered nurse and musician to his coveted family recipes he grew up eating, HiFi Kitchen is a melting pot of tasty nostalgic flavors and imagination.
With a diverse set of creatives on staff, we believe Filipino Angeleno food is a universal language everyone can understand.
